Autocentre on Stolychny
Autocenter on Stolychne is one of the leaders in Ukraine's automotive market for the sale and servicing of KIA, Opel, Peugeot, Jeep, Chery, and Chevrolet vehicles.
However, on the road to complete success, several obstacles stood in the way:
- An outdated, non-adaptive website
- Low conversion rates from Google AdWords contextual advertising
- Loss of traffic and poor conversion due to lack of an SEO strategy in Google’s organic search
This understanding, based on a thorough analysis, led us to realize that the client’s digital presence needed a comprehensive rebuild. That’s why we began developing a full-scale digital upgrade strategy for Autocenter on Stolychne.
Website Development
The first step we took was launching a new multilingual website with responsive design, into which we integrated our own digital features: a credit and insurance calculator, a personalized vehicle registration cost estimator, a creative slider presentation, and server-side data processing optimization — all to ensure users experienced fast and convenient interaction.
Next, a must-have: we implemented advanced analytics to track lead generation paths, traffic entry/exit points, and collected data to continuously improve usability and conversion flows. For example, our constantly optimized interactive test-drive booking forms, based on user behavior analysis, increased conversions by 400% in just one year.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Our main SEO objectives were to increase traffic and conversions, both across Ukraine and locally in Kyiv. So, we began a phased search engine optimization campaign.
We moved the site to HTTPS, assembled a new semantic core (15,000 queries in the initial version) for car models and key pages.
In the first stage, we completed internal SEO optimization and launched a content strategy. Then we developed and implemented an external optimization strategy based on the client’s goals and user behavior signals.
By optimizing metadata, internal linking, and layout tactics, we redirected traffic to the most relevant pages.
Result of 8 months’ work:
Organic traffic grew from 19,917 to 29,594 sessions/month,
Organic conversion rate increased by 78.26% (conversion = form submission/test-drive request).
Site visibility and the number of Top 3 and Top 10 queries significantly improved.

Aggressive Display Advertising Campaigns
The core of our display ad strategy was an aggressively dynamic approach — saturating the online space with relevant ads at the right time.
We shifted focus from keyword analysis to analyzing audience interests and user profiles. By monitoring the behavior of high-converting users and excluding low-quality leads, we built detailed audience profiles.
These profiles, along with behavioral data, were fed into Google My Business and Google Ads to prioritize ads for users that matched the ideal persona.
Simply put, we looked for the intersection where the user’s desire (e.g., buying a car) aligned with their capability and behavior.
Instead of chasing volume, we focused on this sweet spot — which instantly increased conversions by 30%.
By analyzing user behavior and time on site, we adjusted ad display intensity, emphasizing evening hours — adding another 20% to conversions.
Result of the Digital Upgrade
As a result, we increased conversions from mobile devices, achieved a 65% growth in conversions from the Google Display Network over six months, and saw a 403% increase in the number of targeted calls. Overall, thanks to comprehensive and effective website optimization, we achieved a 1370% increase in conversions from January 2017 to March 2018.
But we operate in NON-STOP mode — we’re currently working on even more native integration of conversion elements into the website.
