When we enter an alcoholic beverage store, we are faced with a variety of options. How do you choose the one that perfectly matches your mood, taste preferences, and the occasion?
The challenge
Most customers choose at random, focusing on a familiar brand or price. This approach often fails to meet expectations, and sometimes even leads to disappointment and wasted money. For some consumers, a lack of knowledge about the characteristics of the drink and its combination with food or the atmosphere of the moment makes the choice a lottery. For others, sophisticated connoisseurs and experts in alcoholic beverages, the biggest challenge is to find exactly what meets their high standards and preferences. Especially if you also make this choice online.
Insight
Therefore, when a client asked us to create an online beverage store, we immediately realized that it could not be an ordinary showcase. After all, the choice should not be random, but personalized, balanced, and conscious. Conscious consumption is the key idea of an online store when it comes to quality and aesthetics rather than quantity. This insight was the basis of the project.

But how do we translate it into digital?
Here we turned to the magical world of Alice in Wonderland. Just like in the fairy tale, we offer plunge into the magical world of drinks, where every step of the selection process becomes intuitive and inspiring.
Solution
We combined technology and emotion to create a personalized drink selection system that takes into account the taste preferences, user experience, and characteristics of each drink. Thanks to intuitive advanced filters, an interactive algorithm, and support from a virtual sommelier, each customer receives recommendations that best meet their expectations and preferences. No more random purchases - only responsible consumption and true pleasure.
To enhance the effect and create a unique atmosphere, we have developed author's illustrations of each of the assistant characters that accompany the client from the beginning of the acquaintance with the site to the ordering process.

The Magic Foxglove, the White Rabbit, the Cheshire Cat - all these characters help the user make an informed choice. They don't just decorate the site, but play the interactive role of a personal guide, each in their own area.
For example, the White Rabbit is responsible for delivery, and the twins Krut and Vert answer frequently asked questions (FAQ), the Queen helps to choose a drink, the Hatter acts as a sommelier, the Caterpillar provides useful information in articles, and the Cheshire Cat tells about promotions. Alice herself is present wherever there is information about the online store: address, contacts, maps, loyalty program.

In this way, the author's illustrations create a unique atmosphere - each character is designed specifically for Drink Me! and perfectly matches the brand's concept.
