Cemark A large corporate site for a leading building materials manufacturer
Solving tasks with asterisks is our speciality, and the development of a complex corporate platform for CEMARK is perhaps the best proof of this.
CEMARK is a part of the international group of companies CRH, the world's leading manufacturer of building materials and the largest in North America and Europe. Versatility, image, principles of sustainable development, customer relations, HR brand, terms of cooperation with partners - each of these aspects had to be presented in an informative and structured way on the new website.
Task
CEMARK's main request was to implement an updated platform in line with the company's rebranding. We had to unite 3 manufacturers under one brand on one platform, while retaining all the important information about each of them.

Implementation
The company's specific activities required a solution that logically and structurally visualizes the entire scope of information in a light yet stylish design.
So we divided the project into two stages:
First, we undertook a study of all the content that was to fill the future platform, worked on the structure proposed by the client, and made our recommendations for its improvement from an SEO promotion perspective. This significantly simplified our work on the site's prototype.
We developed an individual design for each module, which ultimately deviated somewhat from the prototype. This added a load to the developers since each module had unique functionality and style.
While creating block by block, we tested navigation and made changes even during development, as there is no limit to perfection :) In total, we ended up with 21 types of just infoblocks, as well as 22 modules that we implemented in the platform's administrative panel: from sliders and photo galleries to a calculator and a map.

Usually, we do not undertake 100% content filling of a site, but in this case, we made an exception. Filling the CMS required no less resource than the development of the platform itself.
Result
The work on this large-scale project took one and a half years. Today, CEMARK's corporate website fully reflects the diversity of its activities, and we have added a large turnkey corporate website to our portfolio.
The administrative panel is designed so that company managers can independently supplement pages and site modules using the built-in template constructor. Viewing of the entire site structure with attachments is also available, and the administrator can delete and/or create new sections and pages of the site, change their order, and so on.
The corporate website is a key placement for the company's presentation and an opportunity to convey information about its activities to potential clients in the best possible way. There are no limitations on the number of characters and volume of content, the way key messages are presented, and creativity. While social networks and PR materials require conciseness and following certain requirements, your own site allows you to fully reveal yourself. It is your primary source and the foundation upon which further communication with the external world is built. The CEMARK case shows how indispensable and multifunctional a personal platform is, especially for large businesses.
