Gentle digitalisation of education: a website for the private lyceum Educator
When the level of education exceeds the level of the website
Educator is a network of private educational institutions that provides world-class education. At the same time, its digital presence did not reflect either the real scale or the quality and expertise of the educational environment it has created. The previous website, built on the Weblium platform, had exhausted its potential and turned into a bottleneck for business growth:
- technical ceiling: the limitations of the website builder did not allow for scaling the site structure, integrating a CRM system or setting up end-to-end analytics;
- reputational risks: slow performance and a template-based design weakened the perception of the lyceum as a serious educational institution;
- marketing inefficiency: the absence of separate landing pages for different areas of activity, low loading speed and weak SEO optimization led to wasted advertising budget without the expected conversion into enquiries.
Our task was to create a custom website that would strengthen Educator’s market position, simplify the work of the sales and marketing departments, and become a convenient entry point for potential clients.

Design development
The Educator network of educational institutions is a complex ecosystem with several areas of activity. The main challenge was to structure a large volume of information into a compact and intuitive interface. At the same time, it was important to maintain the branded colour palette, create clear visual accents, and form a unified design concept that would bring together all areas of the lyceum’s work.
Work stages:
- Analysed competitors in the digital environment;
- proposed several design concepts aligned with the brand style;
- defined the optimal base and accent colours for the website;
- unified the visual style through a consistent block structure and a signature green ribbon element repeated across all pages.

Technical implementation
We deliberately chose not to overload the website with “wow” effects, prioritizing stability, speed and functionality. As a result, we delivered a classic corporate website where the key value lies in flawless execution of core tasks and the clearest possible presentation of information.
- Marketing: separate landing pages were created for each of Educator’s areas of activity — they address key user queries and work as lead-generation tools.
- Performance: the website is optimized for fast loading, which is critical for advertising, SEO and keeping users’ attention.
- Responsiveness: correct display is ensured across all device types and major browsers.
- Scalability: unlike Weblium, the new platform allows independent content management, flexible addition of new sections and integration of marketing tools without technical limitations and without involving developers.
We moved from a brochure-type website to a full-fledged digital platform focused on business results. Our goal was not to reinvent the wheel, but to give the business reliable “wheels” to move forward. The new website fully meets the lyceum’s current functional needs and creates a solid foundation for further scaling.
